True non-stick. Best I've ever used.
Incredible non-stick for ANY cooking I've thrown at them so far. I'm still careful not to use metal utensils but the coating is very thick and I can't imagine it wearing and therefore no reason to doubt their massive 200 year guarantee. I thought my old Circulon Infinities were brilliant and lasted 20+ years but these are way better in many respects. Forever chemical credentials seem good too which was my main reason for purchase. Stainless bottoms will scratch if using on gas and more maintenance than anodised sides but no biggie.

Strong quality pans
Quality pans. Strong but not too heavy to handle. Excellent non stick base. Evenly distributed heat. I don't need to turn hob up too high as a medium setting is adequate. I would recommend these pans.
