I found a very helpful video on YouTube that takes you through a step-by-step process to replace your old battery. After the battery was replaced, the instructions have you charge the battery to 100% and charge for 2 more hours. Then use your phone until it gets down to 20% and recharge. I played music on the phone for over 4 hours at full volume after the initial full charge. After 4 hours of playing, the charge was only down to 62%! I am very happy I chose this battery! Tool kit with the battery was great too.Note: in the video, one step requires you to remove the adhesive strips under the battery. Mine did NOT come out like in the video. I had to pry the battery out using one of the tools that came with the battery. And I did the removal outside as the person in the video says several times to be careful not to pucture or break the battery as it can cause a fire.

Does not hold a charge. Go for the original Samsung battery instead it's worth it.

I measured it and it has 2.5Ah which is okOf course it can't be 8Ah so i didnt even expect it.

I must have gotten lucky because I fixed my phone with this. I had zero problems and it took a few minutes. My battery lasts much much longer now. Was running at 73% capacity before and could only use for a very short time before it ran out of juice. Now, no more problems. Compared to changing a new battery in the Apple Store, I saved a lot of time and money.

Finally found time to write a review about this junky battery.It worked good for two weeks. After that phone started overheating and battery life wasn’t good. Broke in about a 3 weeks. I was able to send it back and seller sent me new battery. Had to get new phone screen replacement along with a battery.Same thing happened with replacement new battery breaking in three weeks. Had to replace phone screen again because it broke when I was taking phone apart to get battery out.What a waste of money. My phone Don’t cost that much as I wasted to replace phone screen twice because of this piece of junk battery.Don’t recommend. Don’t buy this piece of junk.

Seemed simple enough to replace battery after viewing method on YOU TUBE. Found problem in removing one tiny screw. But, persisted and finally got job done. Phone works as normal and battery now lasts two days instead of one day. Glad task is finished and happy with results. Would I do it again? I'd have second thoughts about letting someone else next time. Did save about $50 if money is a factor.

It lasted two years, which I guess is OK. Not great, but OK. But what frustrated me was that it developed a bulge which popped the screen off of the phone
