I was skeptical about the benefits of grounding mats, but I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. I put my feet on the mat while sitting at my desk at the office and I feel more energized and less anxious at work. My tasks are also going more smoothly. This product seems to work OK... Time will tell if it lasts a long time or not.. I bought several of them and tested them with a fluke meter and they work.. It's important to remove all the positive energy from the body and this also adds to less pain..

I learned to ground when i was younger and working in the mountains. Every chance I had to take my shoes off and sit barefoot on the ground I would do it. If I found a large group of granite rocks I would put my palms down on them as well as my bare feet. That was my favorite. The energy coming into my body was just wonderful and so soothing. My age limited me from those excursions now. I have found a place in my yard where there are no red ants to intrude on me, but I cannot sit there very long. I never heard of these mats, and I am thrilled to report that this one works beautifully. I can sit in my easy chair with my feet on the mat and read or watch a film or work at my desk and I feel the energy come up my legs immediately. It's wonderful. My health has declined in recent years, and after sitting with the mat for a few hours each day my stress levels have receded, and the pain in my legs has disappeared after 5 days use. I'm sleeping better than i have in 6 or 7 years. The sleep is deep and peaceful. I am feeling renewed. (Surfers have always been a pretty mellow group. All those hours barefoot with the earth and water would really do it. I just never considered it before.) I hope this has been helpful to people. I am very glad to recommend this mat. It does not take the place of exercise or strength training, but it does support it.
