My husband and did think it would be smaller, but it’s about the size of a regular coffee tumbler. My son is a type 1 diabetic and my husband is a type 2. It fits their insulin pins and I absolutely love the cap that holds the needles. It keeps their pens cold all day (we store it in a backpack) I highly recommend this!

It looked great with the insert and everything but once we got it we realized that if you use the insert nothing else fits. We took the insert out and it holds her supplies just fine.
