It is very easy to use. The quality and durability are great. The power lasts and it recharges pretty quickly. The vibration is high, but it is still very quiet. It is a great value with all the bits that you get with it.

I originally bought the custom engraver that has been advertised on FB for a few years. I was disappointed with that one, I would give it 3 stars. This engraver on the other hand is a few dollars cheap but definitely better. It is longer, but balanced very well, I can hold it like a pencil. Unlike the other one, it isn't slippery and it is very easy to change out the bits. With the other one being slippery, I feel I have to hold it tighter. I have arthritis in my hands and with this engraver I feel comfortable holding it. The vibration and noise is pretty low as well. I am using it for wood carving and it has done a great job. The magnetic wire connection for recharging is great, no pulling on the cable. Great case although it really holds on to the pen and I have a hard time getting it out... not a deal breaker for me. Came with a 3 quarter charge. Case is sturdy and comes with a lot of bits. For wood carving I would recommend picking some 2.3mm double cut carving bits for larger carve outs. They work great with the engraver. The diamond biys work better to smooth out rough cuts. Overall, I am much happier with this one over the fb advertised engraver and it costs less. P.S. this one does have a reverse unlike the other one. Very happy so far with this purchase. I will update if any issues occur.

I wrote a bad review and cmplained about mis delevery of this item. We I was getting to go home from work, I relized that my packege was placed in a the corner of the building out of the view. So, I corect ny review. I received the item a bit late but it is very nice it is what I was ecpected. I recommend it to others who are interested in engraving.

Perfect little mini engraver for fine work. The bits it ships with are decent. Used a medium ball bit to bore holes in shells and it worked well. Nice charging setup with mag coupling charger while in the case. The case it came with is sturdy.

This thing works amazing. I don’t know what I’m doing too well yet, but I’m getting into it and this is definitely a cool product.

So impressed with this. They thought of everything to make it the most convenient and easy to use, down to all the attachments being in the box and the ability to charge it in the box. High quality, easy to use, and great power. Very happy I chose this one!

While there are lots of bits for the price, and the case is very nice, it looks like more thought went into the design of the latter rather than the bit holder. This is a potentially dangerous tool. Wear glasses, and don't use around other people. The bit holder is poorly designed, very difficult to tighten with fingers, and not suited to using a wrench. It's very difficult to tell if the bit holder is tight enough. Even when I thought it was, I ran through the different RPMs. AFTER I stopped. the bit dropped out. Extremely disappointing, because aside from this important issue, this is a nice product visually and functionally. They really should have had a design that tightens the bit holder with an Allen wrench (like competitors' engraving pens) or some other mechanism. I'm actually afraid to use this but would really like to give it another try. Be careful Suggestions for bit use would be nice. I've subscribed to their YouTube channel but haven't reviewed. Also, the two different buttons (power and speed) don't seem to work intuitively. But note that you have to hold the speed button down to get the initial power to go on (after pressing power). Which is weird.

Bought for my son in law as he draws beautiful drawings. I Thought he should expand. He was amazed at all the blades…well worth the price…
