I was so looking forward to getting this kit. Unfortunately I was disappointed from the minute I opened the box, whoever packed it in the box put it in one that was to small and bent the canvas to make it fit, now a big crease is in it!! (1st pic)Then I get the pkg with the diamond gems out...one end is open and pieces went everywhere!! One color is just loose in the big pkg. (2nd pic)

Very disappointed. Was missing 6 different colors. There was a symbol on canvas that was not even on the legend. And it was a prominent symbol, a lot on the canvas. Bummed out because I was really looking forward to doing my first huge painting. Reached out to company, and no reply.😟😟
