I love this tea,I have tried a few different ones and always go back to this tea as always regret going for cheaper ones,I am also able to steep it twice so your really getting twice the tea for the price and on the plus plus side taste’s really good

Amazing flavour my favourite pu err tea

I have bought many different teas from here and they are always good. With that said, the one here is different. It smells like cows, and the taste in it is even stronger, almost like it's in your mouth now. When you smell it, you will have a feel of a farm, you will see all the animals running around the compost pile nearby, and when you taste it, that farm will be in your mouth now. At first I thought, can't be people like that??? Reading a bit about it suggests it shouldnt taste or smell nowhere close to where one I have. Either way, if you,re into a taste like that, then go for it. Hope this helps.

Fast delivery a lovely refreshing tea

Well this doesn’t seem to taste or smell of anything so I don’t think it’s real pu ehr! It’s like a really really dilute green tea in flavour. I’m confused by the breadth of reviews here as some have complained about pungency (which at least seems more in line with real pay ehr) while others, like me, seem to have just received a tasteless generic tea.

I brew gongfu style, nice thick soup, anyone who is saying it is weak or thin needs to up the leaf to water ratio especially considering it is not pressed, this tea can be brewed very thick many times done right. For me the dominant note was that of very dark, unprocessed chocolate, with little to no off or unpleasant notes or astringency, smooth full-bodied and centered around the raw cacao note. As I've just down a long gongfu session of probably 15ish grams myself, I can dutifully report the tea has done its job, the telltale puerh head buzz gently vibrating deep within, without any of the nausea or other side effects one might expect from ODing on powerful tea. Overall, this tea is well suited to the daily tea ritual, a solid reliable choice, not fit for special occasions but for the everyday struggle to bathe the brain in a happy brown liquor less toxic or even healthy compared to what you might otherwise choose to drown in. Another win for cheap amazon tea of questionable quality

Have just re-purchased as I quickly used up the small bag. Before discovering this tea, I was primarily a Yorkshire black tea drinker. The taste of this tea is mellow, woodsy, and deeper and more complex than traditional black teas and the beauty of Puerh is that it can be re-steeped multiple times. I love this tea since it gives me a profound sense of calmness, presence, bliss, and wellbeing. It is joy in a cup and I will continue re-purchasing this brand. The quality and price point is reasonable especially for its added benefits.

Normally, pu-erh tea should yield many cups with the same leaves. The first brew is like a 2-second dip, and after about five three-second brews you start steeping for 10 seconds, then 15 seconds, then 20 seconds... and you get about 10-15 cups from the leaves. Not with this tea. My first cup took 30 seconds to steep to a decent consistency and it was still very light. I thought this was a good deal for the amount of tea, plus being organic, but I'm going back to Yunnan Sourcing, which yields +/- 18 cups from the same leaves. I use the typical round metal mesh tea bag and brew 16oz cups, so the tea ball filled with the same leaves lasts me a week... for those who don't know good pu-erh tea, this is going to be a decent black tea. If you know pu-erh tea, this is not the tea you are looking for...

Delicious tea. My favorite. Only 4 stars because I have had a smoother, richer Pu Erh. I hope to find one like my first experience soon. I think ageing the tea is the key to good flavor. This company is on the right track. Will ask if they have even older aged tea.

I like the tea and how it feels in my body. The last time I ordered it one of the packages was open when I received it and there is NO way to return it or get my money back. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!
