Stay in place and keep compression
These were recommended by my lymphedema physical therapist. They stayed in place. Kept their compression after gentle cycle cold washing. I look forward to the day I don't need them, but grateful that they are available. Be sure to check with PT that it is correct compression. Follow up: I ordered the sleeve with gauntlet as I now have swelling in my hand. I have a small frame. Only 5'2". The arm portion fits great but because of my small frame there was only slight compression around my hand. My recommendation for people with small frame that have lymphedema as far as the hand, pull just the sleeve up over your hand. This has really worked for me. The gauntlet would be great for medium to large framed person. Still a great product. I now own 4. I would still recommend it.

Variable compression doesn't work for me. Loose at bicep, constricting at forearm
Update one day later: three stars. The fabric "cuff" at the top of the sleeve is less elastic than the rest of the sleeve. After wearing a few minutes, it stretched out enough to cause it to slip down my arm. Constantly pulling it back up, only to feel it slip down soon afterwards. I think the claims about the graduated compression are simply wrong. The compression felt strongest at the narrow end. Size large (I'm 5-9, 140 lbs, so curious to see who can wear small. Maybe a young thin child) was about 6 inches circumference at the wrist, and it felt like a tourniquet after a few minutes. Not a functional item for me. The search goes on. I'm an edge case, I suppose. I ruptured a biceps tendon, leading to the "Popeye" effect that occurs when the long head of the bicep is no longer anchored at the shoulder. After the initial pain subsides, you can use the arm normally because the other bicep head is still attached at the shoulder. Some loss of strength, but not too much. Since I've been a bit obsessive about bodybuilding, however, I was much more unhappy with the change in the appearance of the arm. It just looks pretty awful. Because of my apparently incurable vanity, I feel really self-conscious about wearing shirts that show the part of the upper arm affected by the injury. This sleeve is mostly a cosmetic cover-up, compressing the bicep enough to minimize the appearance of the injury, while maybe fooling some people into thinking it's a temporary attempt to treat or prevent an injury. So far, it seems to be a reasonable compromise; it's pretty tight but I don't think it's cutting off circulation too much. I followed the size chart, and it seemed to be accurate enough. Relaxed bicep around 11 inches, size L. Will wear to the gym today, and update the review if it seems useful to do so.

Awesome product
It was perfect for my arm randomly going numb. The fit was perfect. I didn’t want to get anything to cheap or crazy expensive just not knowing if it would work or not.

Maybe you could make the sizes a little larger.
11/288/25 I ordered a 2X and I could get it pulled up and I like how it's made, but it could of been a little bigger at the top it fit a little snug. And 2X I believe is your largest size. Thank You

Sizing is so far off
This sleeve was so abnormally narrow at the wrist that I didn't even think that part would fit. The top part barely went above my elbow. I ordered an XXL just so it would be big enough and not overly tight. Well, it might fit a kid or someone who has to muscular structure to their arm, but certainly not a grown adult or the body builder like it shows in the pictures. I pulled it up as much as I could and it was so tight I instantly got cramping in the bicep muscle I was trying to soothe. Very misleading and very disappointed. It's going right back.

Solid Daily Compression That Actually Stays Put
I’ve been using the Hiball 20–30 mmHg compression sleeve for a while and it’s been solid. The compression feels even and firm without being uncomfortable. My swelling goes down quickly and it stays that way through the day. The sleeve doesn’t slide, bunch, or dig in. The fabric is soft and breathable, so I can wear it for hours without irritation. If you need reliable medical‑grade compression that’s comfortable enough for daily use, this one does the job.
