Amazing
I'm glad I bought 2 when it was on special. I went to order another because I like them so much but the discount had expired :(It got cold in no time. Really, I was in so much pain from a cortisone shot I couldn't wait to.put it om. I think I had in freezer for less than an hour.I have med/large hands and it fits nicely. Snug for compression but not so much that it's uncomfortable. I think it would fit small/medium well too. It felt good right away. In fact I think I'll be using these to sleep in. The gel leaves a cushion between my painful joint & the stability bar so they're much more comfortable than my other brace yet still has the stability because of the removable plastic strip. The thumb is a bit long for me but isn't a problem. I highly recommend & will be keeping my eyes open to hopefully catch another sale.

It does not stay cold very long anymore. I have had it about a month.

My favorite ice pack
This is my favorite ice pack and I have several specialized for wrist/thumb It fits my hand perfectly and helps the throbbing even when I’m heading to work. It retains the coolness and is not heavy and bulky.

Great for cold or hot therapy of the hand and wrist!
These ice/hot pack splints are great for carpal tunnel or any hand dysfunction. They easily slip on and feel comfortable while on. I usually freeze them and use them when my wrist is hurting and they definitely ease the pain that I feel. I haven't tried heating them up yet but I'm sure they will work just as well! This is a great product that provides compression and cold therapy. The great part is you can just keep re-using them. They are durable and very well made. Great product for sure!

This was more comfortable than the one I got at my doctors office. My PT suggested I get this one.
