Great Sights, Even Better Price
I am very pleased to use these sights on my AR-15. They function well, are solidly built, and are at a price point that will not draw undesired attention from my wife.I shoot with some guys that make a lot of money and fancy themselves Tier 1 DeltarangerSEAL ninjas that "will only use Magpul BUIS because they are the best". My discretionary budget is larger than most as well, but I cannot see the logic in putting $100 sights on a range rifle that comes out a couple of times a month. I have carried an M4 on a two-way gun range in Iraq for 11 months, and have had the $1,000 ACOG on it go south at inopportune times... so the "best" can and will fail. But if you are looking for good sights that won't break the bank, or worse make your wife mad, then these are a good option. And they come with a front sight adjustment tool, to boot! The sights dialed into zero quickly, and with only 5 rounds at 25 meters. Out to 100 meters, they were spot on and producing 5" 5 round groups. I am not mad at this kind of performance from sights that cost less than a decent haircut... They held zero for the 250 rounds I put through them on the range, and I expect them to continue with this level of performance. The seller is helpful, and good to work with from a customer service side, too. I had a problem, and he worked with me to solve it. When a seller is willing to go above and beyond to make their client happy, then you know you are dealing with good people that are willing to stand behind their product.I would recommend these sights to anyone looking for a good set of BUIS. Use the money you saved purchasing them to buy ammo... Or a decent haircut.

Awesome value for the paltry price!!!
This review will be as brief as possible. This has nothing negative to do with the sights it simply has to do with I'm exhausted and headed for bed shortly to get a nap. LolWhen I received the sights originally I mounted them to my rifle and gave them the usual run thru. Flip up. Flip down. Check for movement etc. Please forgive me that I don't have the sights right in front of me and I'm going on memory.Lateral movement was virtually non existent. Actually when deployed movement of any kind was virtually non existent! I own back up sights that were a lot more expensive than these that move a lot more! The finish was nice and even.Sights mounted easily and securely.Sight picture thru the aperture was clear and clean. Really a nice pair of sights!Sadly I pulled them off my rifle before I had a chance to go to the range due to my scope wouldn't clear the rear sight when it was folded down. It was just a hair too tall. Scope was a Primary Arms 4-14 ACSS and mount was an American defense 30mm mount. I'm still on the hunt for a pair of back up irons that will allow my scope to clear and mount over.I have kept these sights and will use them as a sighting option on other rifles while I'm setting them up with optics and waiting for things to arrive. For the pittance they charge for these back up iron sights they are a hell of a bargain!!! Way better than everyone's favorite plastic sights that cost significantly more!!Even though they didn't work for my intended application I am keeping them and will buy more if I end up with a set up that needs a good solid affordable pair of irons! Would I take these sights to battle? Probably not but for everything a reasonable person can expect their rifle to need to do from training, hunting, to shooting etc, even up to and likely including civil unrest if that's your worry I'm confident the pair of sights I received will do JUST FINE! And I've got money left over to buy ammo to enjoy at the range still!!!I purchased these sights with my own money for full asking price off of Amazon receiving no discounts, compensation, or sexual favors in return for my review. It's simply my desire to leave honest informative reviews about products I buy and use to better help you to make an educated buying decision. I spend the money so you don't have to and don't have to make the same mistakes I have. These sights however are no mistake! Very happy!!So with that all said if you found my review helpful please let Amazon and others know by clicking yes!! I really do hope that this helps someone out who might be on the fence and is budget minded! Thanks for reading!

Highly recommend this product
These flip up iron sights are legit. Thanks Jake and Tacticon Armament for making such a quality product at such an affordable price! I’ll be honest, I’m a little skeptical of anything that is priced under $40, but after reading all the reviews, I figured what the hell. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Sights are comparable to TI and at a fraction of the cost. Also they are made in America! By combat veterans!!! It doesn’t get any better than that. About the sights though, they mounted perfectly on my AR 7.62x39, and are very solidly built. Took to the range and was dead nuts at 100 yards, no adjusting needed. At 200 yards I needed to adjust the elevation, tool provided worked flawlessly and had it zero’d in after three shots. I got off over 500 rounds that day and sights stayed true till the end. If you’ve ever bought stuff online, you know how sketch customer service can be, not the case with Tacticon Armament. Jake is responsive and I have no doubt that had something been wrong he would have corrected it. Also the lifetime warranty is cool af. Anyways if you’re on the fence about these, don’t be. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed!

Eh. Not so great. Problems.
I don't know why the reviews for this are so freaking good. After looking at lots of similar sights, I went with this pair. They were easy to install of course, and it was nice that they tightened down with an allen screw instead of a big knob, and the 'flip-up' quality seemed nice. That said, when I got to the range, I had several problems. The front sight post was thick and crude. That's probably the same front post as all other sights like this, so who knows. The tight peep was easy enough to zero, though pretty hard to focus through after a while. The open peep was either too wide or had some sort of mechanical problem, because while I had great groupings with the tight peep, the big ring was all over the place!Decided to return and get Magpul or something nicer. When I took them off, I noticed that the rear sight wouldn't fold down anymore, and found that the little retention rectangular piece opposite the push-button had disappeared. So watch out for that.If this was the best of the $20 irons that Amazon has to offer between Ozark, and Dagger Defense, and the many copy cats, then it looks like you can't get a decent set of irons for under the price of some MBUS's. :/
