Helped me
Worked really well for me initially and seemed like the only thing that would make my pain go away. However, they stopped working for me because I was initially misdiagnosed, so when my problem started to get worse they were not strong enough. But definitely helps with bloating and cramps. Without them even I couldn't have lived initially. The taste is okay, sweetish and easy to swallow as they are not big at all.

Thankfully the tablets are in a sealed blister pack but the packaging was in a terrible condition .Also I couldn't see a use by date. They could be years old for all I know...Not Good
