Hi Lucy, When you order the mop set, you get the pole / handle which is telescopic; you get the base of the mop; and you get one mop head, in other words, you get everything you need. The only extra thing that you might need, would be replacement mop heads when your original one (supplied) wears out, but this might take years. Hope that helps.

Q: Should I always take off the mop to take off the water, or is there a mecanism to do that ? also how is the quality of the mop ? Thanks

I would not use this mop if you are using lots of water. It is best mopping up a fine mist spray of water from the floor. But yes, you need to remove the cloth and wring it out, perhaps also rinsing it before putting it back on. I find it perfect for cleaning wooden floors, and the cloth is easily washed in the washing machine. Very good quality I would say, if you use it for the right job. You really need a mop with a squeezing 'mechanism' for stone floors, etc.

Q: Does this work on textured Lino flooring?

I don’t know about heavily textured Lino but it worked well on my mums tiled floor with quite big grouted gaps. I have to spot clean areas even with my perfectly flat floor, the fibres on the cloths I would’ve thought should press down in a bit into the grooves etc. Hope that helps.
