Amazing
I read i it for the first time online and then chose to get the book for christmas. Absolutely amazing (not a surprise since every Pj book is great). The story was well thought out and I wasn't expecting for the thing that happened, I only give it 4 stars because it can't beat my favorite book in this series.

I Finally Get It!
My daughter has been a fan of Rick Riordan for a long time. More than a decade and I just couldn't understand what her fascination with this topic by this writer was. Well I don't necessarily agree with all of the content, he has a very unique style of writing and bringing to life whatever he is discussing. He has a way of allowing you to feel connected which each character as well as letting you know what those characters are thinking and why they are doing what they are doing without minimizing what is being taken care of and handled. I can appreciate the fact that he turns young readers on two reading and expanding their vocabulary. It's one of the wonderful facts about reading on Amazon Kindle or any of the online support tools where you can highlight a word to find out what the definition of that word is. That can only help but elaborate and expand young minds for vocabulary, all while gaining a hunger to read.

A++ I knew I was going to like this going in and ended up loving it even more! I missed the trio so bad and loved reading them again. So many good percabeth moments as well as just the trio moments too! Still for a younger audience but did well with the groups new ages!

A beautiful extension to an amazing series!
Others may view continuing Percy’s story as “beating a dead horse” so to speak, while I, a young man with so much life ahead of him, can appreciate the lesson being conveyed. Immortality is always an attractive idea and should an item like this actually exist, the temptation would always be there. However, life in itself isn’t what makes the experience, it’s the people and moments that drive us to live completely, all the way to the end. To have infinite life, and infinite moments, would demean and diminish the value of both. Mr. Rioridan has done it again and I can’t wait for the lessons in the books I’ve yet to read.

Another Brilliant Percy Tale
Rick Riordan is, in my opinion, one of the best modern writers of our era. Although I haven’t read all of his early works, I can see how he has really bloomed into a solid and spectacular writer throughout his writing career. And he just keeps getting better. In “The Chalice of the Gods” Percy is now (finally!) a senior at Alternative High School. There’s just one problem. Or, rather, there are three. Percy needs three required recommendation letters in order to get into New Rome University so that he can spend collegiate bliss with Annabeth. But, like Percy, these recommendations are anything but simple. In short, he has to earn them by—you guessed it—completing three trials. Riordan’s storytelling is on point and his tongue-in-cheek humor is brilliant. Truly, I love this man!

Missing some chapters
I was on chapter 24 on page 184 and then the next page number was 105 and I was reading a portion of chapter 14 again and continued all the way to chapter sixteen. Then half way through chapter 16, I was some how reading a portion of chapter I'm guessing 26. So I did not have chapters 24-26 in my hard copy book. I am almost wondering if this was a knock off book than his actual book, because the book is long (height wise) and some words are missing or smudged. IDK! Very weird. lol

O livro e muito lindo😊, chegou rápido, a história e envolvente, achei meio bobinho, mas condiz com a idade de recomendação, estava com saudades do meu casal preferido, eu preferiria se tivesse 1 livro sobre esses problemas e outro fosse de outra coisa q ele fez quando chegasse na universidade.
