I often find that the middle books in a series can be used or seen as a filler. That's the book where nothing really happens. Luckily, this couldn't be further from the truth with Steel Princess. This second book in the trilogy does most certainly not disappoint! . The story hits new highs and lows and most importantly: the main characters have their work cut out for them, in order to survive what's coming. What started as "just" bullying has taken a turn for something that's MUCH darker. One thing is certain: while your brain can be your greatest ally and shield you from unimaginable pain and sorrow, it can also be your worst enemy when you desperately need knowledge you've long since forgotten. And how do you access memories you don't even know you have?

Took me a while to get into this book but by the end I was hooked! The childhood background and mystery is 100% keeping me going!! And this book definitely makes Aidan’s motives become a lot more clear as well. I would say, this is probably the most spice driven book of Rina’s I’ve read so far. It feels like there was a sex scene every other chapter. I’m hoping the next one becomes a bit more plot driven as I’m so intrigued by the cliffhanger and all the big reveals. 3 🌟 for me overall. But with high hopes for book 3!

Just when I think i know what's happened another twist I just cant stop reading this ..... Its a heart stopper, cried and laughed. Falling in love with a sociopath...what is wrong with me. Scenes are steaming

I do like this book and I'm starting the next one straight away as I really want to find out whether Aiden and Elsa get a HEA and what other twists are going to happen. That being said the stubbornness of both characters is driving me mad, you don't get honest feelings until the end which is why I'm about the start the next.

Wow these books really do keep getting better and better!! So I guessed part of what was going on and I was busy patting myself on the back, but then the twist at the end just blew me out of the ballpark!! I have only just started reading Rina's work with Cruel King and I jokingly said, in my last review for Deviant King, that if these books kept up or for better that is have to rethink my top five authors list....well that's it!! I have now revisited my top five list and put Rina in at number five!! If her books keep on like this she'll be my top author in less than a week!! Unfortunately, I've got to take some time off from reading due to prior commitments, but the second I'm done, I'm binge reading every single book she's ever written!! Plus I'm going to buy the paperbacks too, that way they'll be part of my actual library and not just my Kindle library!! Oh and if you haven't already, download the audio, as they really bring the book alive while you're reading. Don't wait another day, but this book todayll

Wow what a series!!! I thought I was lost after I read the first book but this one ended on another cliffhanger as well and I am even more lost. This has been an amazing series so far and as much as it is a bully romance, it had all the feels that warms the heart Aiden and Elsa kept getting stronger and getting closer and a lot of the mysteries and questions were answered in this book but at the end another bomb was dropped and I can’t wait to read the last book. This was well written and no dull moment. I love this series and it is a definite must read

To summarise Elsa and Aiden are end game, like no one can over rule their story. The book is worth your time.

Mais oh alala ce tome est incroyable ! La première partie du livre est très énervante. Elsa ne se défendait pas et punaise ça m’a rendu folle. Aiden est toujours égal à lui-même si ce n’est qu’il s’est un peu adoucit. Par contre la deuxième partie ? Mais c’était juste génial. On découvre enfin ce qu’il s’est passé dans leur enfance. On va se révélation en révélation, et cette fin ? Encore un bon gros califfchanger comme on aime ! Lisez cette saga parce que pépite !

Great story. Very expressive writing. I just find this story to be on the slow side. I love the chemistry between the two characters and the intensity. I wish the story was darker and faster.
