Very comfy!
This pillow is awesome. Purchased it for my husband after a shoulder injury. Unfortunately didn't work for him due to the type of injury, but I love it. Use it on the couch for watching TV or to prop up in bed to read. Very functional as you can adjust it to many different positions. The foam seems to be holding up well.

Great for after surgery.
I had to have a complete hysterectomy and it hurt to lay on my side or flat on my back. I got this and it was so comfortable. It is cooling and still holing up. My husband used it as well after his surgery and he also said it worked great. I took the little pillow off though and used my own. I like that you can adjust it by flipping the pillow. The size was perfect and it’s durable!
