I always read reviews and this powder is good quality. I used 2 teaspoons in hot water 8 oz. I took it before bed. Now people said it was messy this is true it started working in 5 HR s. There was a little cramping and then it hit. 3 huge releases then you cramp up with a few more. And then you feel great when finished. I had 1 more big one in middle of day

I don't like the taste but the best thing is it's help me to poop properly it detoxify my stomach, my body feels good after drinking it .

I saw this on a Instagram video and figure I give it a try. I always make smoothies and mix powders in them. So I put 1 teaspoon in my smoothie. You will tell the cramp which means it’s time to go and when you go you GO. I would suggest taking on your off day and staying home. Definitely helps.

I am using the tablets instead. This powder is too disgusting to drink. I nearly threw up every time I used it. It didn’t really help my BM’s the way it should have. I used 3 spoonfuls at a time. It’s so thick and the taste is so bad.
