Q: Difference between sheen and shimmer?

Sheen comes from shiny , shimmer is another word for glitter . Julep is a very fine product and I’m using it because I love the way it feels and looks. If you are totally against glitter , I would not purchase it, it does have a very light amount a glitter in it , tastefully so.

Q: Where is this product manufactured?

I ordered Golden Guava (which I am returning) and both the box and the sticker on the blush says Made in China

Q: Just used the new formula and it has a unnatural scent that smells like it has spoiled or has a bad ingredient. What has caused this?

I have never had this happen. I would contact customer service, send it back (so engineering can determine the issue) and have the company send you a new one. Organic oils- as opposed to mineral oils can go bad. Shea butter and sesame, avocado, almond and jojoba oils will smell rancid.

Q: Dose the color Moonlit sand look completely different in person? Kinda like it is peony pink with the wrong label?

I don't have the Moonlit Sand so I wouldn't be able to compare them.
