The ladder towel rail arrived safley and very quickly to say we live in Cyprus, however the element provided fell way short of expectations as it hardly heated the towels never mind the bathroom,the 200W element is just not big enough so after speaking to the suppler I can get a larger element, which I will fit myself so waiting for details
