I purchased to help with keeping my blood sugar within range. So far it is helping. Taste is mild and good, I drink it without any sweetener. It’s a nice natural way to keep my numbers within range. Would buy again.

The only reason I bought butterfly pea flower tea was the color. I have a clear glass teapot and wanted to play with colors. By itself, the tea is a stunning sapphire, though I find the flavor a little grassy. That said, I love experimenting with it and have created some tasty and beautiful blends. Mix it with hibiscus for a rich amethyst tea, or green tea for a vibrant emerald. I’ve also added honey, agave, ginger, and turmeric to spice things up and make the colors pop even more. What started as a novelty purchase has now become a staple in my tea cupboard. Gorgeous, fun, and surprisingly versatile.
