I have been using this capsules since quite long time, but I take a break for a couple of months and then again I started over again. It has helped my skin grow. It has given me really healthy skin and I would recommend to people who are actually trying to brighten their skin.

Misleading info on the label, product packaging literally got different nutrition label as to whats shown on the product online. Glutathione content is 500mg per 2 capsules whereas the label online shows the content in just 1 capsules to be 500mg.
