Primal Kitchen - Avocado Oil, Whole30 Approved, Paleo Friendly and Cold Pressed (16.9 oz)

This oil is good for frying at a high temperature. It has no specific taste. Unfortunately, it is quite expensive, so you will have to use it sparingly.

I love the convenience of being able to have this delivered to my home. We use it for cooking as well as other needs.

This seemed fine as avocado oils go; the problem was the bottle lid as others have noted. Even after it was separated from the lower ring it still wouldn't unthread from the bottle's mouth and had to be twisted and pulled at the same time to open the bottle. Then to put it back on we had to twist and push down with our palms, else it would just spin and spin and not thread on. It was like this every time we used it, and because we couldn't trust that the bottle was truly "closed" we had to be sure to transport it upright (as we bought it on vacation). I used it up eventually but I would not buy this again or recommend it to others, simply for the poorly-designed and/or poorly-made lid.

I used this oil for my natural hair since December and it has been a game changer for my hair . I have seen more hair growth using it . I love that it only has one ingredient which is advocado . I ran out and purchase another one from local cvs . It’s also a big bottle so it lasts more .

Have used with essential oils to make a small, easy to carry, rollerball applicator. Also perfect for massage. When using as a massage oil, a little goes a long way. Provides plenty of "working time" to loosen up muscles. And does not leave behind an oily residue like coconut oil. Now our go-to oil for all skin applications. This was very well packaged to protect the glass bottle from damage during shipping. Dark glass keeps the oil fresher longer. Only area that needs improvement is the screw on cap. Once opened for the first time, the cap will not screw back on tightly and securely; instead it can be turned in endless circles, tightening slightly and then loosening again. So be sure to keep it safely upright.
