El tapete tiene buen grosor para amortiguar la caida al hacer saltos; tiene buena calidad. Fue para un regalo y nos gustó bastante. Buen tamaño.

I was NOT expecting this to be such good quality. The mat has an incredible heft to it. I use it for workouts, yoga, and jump rope. It has a good amount of cushion (but not too much) which protects my knees/joints when doing jump squats and jump rope. The material is durable and can be washed easily. I will never return to a yoga mat. Cheers,
