I have some pros and cons and advice about this product to anyone looking to buy. I bought the black 9 steel bones version. Im 5'8 athletic build and 150lbs mostly muscle, got this to work on creating an hour glass out of my A frame; Here's the scoop Pros- 1. Its amazing for back pain. The first day I wore it I could literally feel my spine straighten up. It let out the best pops in the right places. I never fancied myself a sloucher, but this thing made me realize my posture could be better. 2. Its amazingly sturdy. Well built, great quality, and sleek design. It will keep you straight. 3. It does its job. Suck in when you wear it, and feel the burn in your transverse abs all day. 4. Its designed with tall people in mind. as I mentioned I am 5'8" and this trainer fit me perfectly in length. If your short, the black 9 steel might not be for you, unless you have a long torso, but if your tall, with a proportionate body, this will fit you perfectly. Cons- 1. It fits smaller than small, larger than extra small, but smaller than small. 2. Its made of latex, if your allergic to latex, or have sensitive skin to latex products, wear an undershirt. Like for real. Don't risk the red itchy lines, just wear an undershirt. 3. This version does not come with an extender, so I had to buy one separately. Advice- 1. buy an extender, buy 2 if your trying to work your way into a smaller size, without having to buy another trainer when you reach your goal. 2. Put some sweet sweat on underneath, or tci gel, or whatever topical you got to heat those abs up! 3. DO NOT sleep in your trainer, thats the fastest way to bend up your bones. Well, that's all. I hope yall give this product a try especially if your looking to train your waist or improve your posture. I personally think it was worth the 25$ spent! I would buy again if the need arose!

Let me start off by saying my waist is 31” i weigh 179 lbs currently most of my weight is in my thighs but my gut is still a gut lol. i was doing my research for a whileeeee trying to decide which waist trainer to purchase off here . When i came across this one I knew it was gonna be great based off reviews but I was just so indecisive on the sizing especially having a short torso. I didn’t wanna go to my exact size cause I wanted to get my moneys worth and have it last with out having to buy a smaller size especially since this specific one doesn’t come with the extension like the other black one . So despite going with my measurements which would have been a M. I went with a S. It went on with ease just had to suck it in a bit but once i got it on it was perfect. Not too long no digging in the hips or back or anything. Quality is amazing ! Definitely comfortable enough to sleep in let alone work out in. So ladies get that smaller size if you feel like it’ll work for you. Fake it till you make it !

Great quality. No stretch and if you have a big torso or too much loose skin I DONT RECOMMEND!

I will start by saying that I’ve been using waist trainers for a couple of years now. I had one that lasted me around 3 years now but it was about time one of the Wires broke so I needed a new one, and I was going thru Amazon waist trainers and I run into this one I read the reviews and and they were all good and run into this girls review she’s the same size and height just like me 5’3 and 155 pounds and she ordered a small size so I was between med and sm I add a med to my cart then I change my mind and order a sm I could of order my original one that I had before which it fit great but I like this one as well so I oreder it, shipping was great I got it in 2 days when I got it I was excited and I put it on my waist I was like omg this doesn’t fit it wouldn’t close but I didn’t try hard enough so the next day when I woke up I Try again I use all me strength and sucked it up and it close it fits perfect I can breath sit bend and I love it I would listen to some Of the review don’t go by the chart cause my waist is 38 to 40 inches if I would listen to the chart I’ve be buying a 4xl and it would been so big so I went with a small and is perfect I love it. Is so comfortable that I’m thinking to sleep with it … it doesn’t go in your ribs or anything… GIRLS go with this is so comfortable and it gives you the perfect shape…

The waist shaper is made from excellent material and provides great support. However, it does ride up a little in the back and doesn't fully cover the tummy area. Despite that, it's super comfortable to wear, making it suitable for all-day use and workouts. The extender is a fantastic addition since I haven't worn a waist shaper in a while, and it really makes it easier to put on!

I am a server, and our uniform is a tight dress. I've always been 15 to 20 pounds heavier than "recommended" weight for my height and age. I am 4'11" and weigh 140lbs. I've wore some waist trainers in the past, and was always ready to get out of them as soon as the event was over. This is the most comfortable one I have ever bought. I originally bought a sixe XL because according to the size chart 37inches was Xl. The Xl fit but I didn't expect it to fit on the tightest one..i wanted to gradually get tighter. I was still pleased with it but I bought another one in size M (the picture shown) I now wear the M on the last link and it is snug but hopefully I can work it down slowly. What I love most about this is it hides my belly button mark, flattens the belly curve and really emphasizes the hour glass figure. This is a great product, i do recommend to get a size smaller. I believe the size chart goes off the tightest link and not the biggest one.

I just wish few inches longer. But fits good. Almost feels like a second skin. Definitely slimmer with on. I would buy again and recommend for others to try out. It makes me feel much more confident

This is the perfect waist trainer! The steel bones give extra support and the waist trainer itself has Amazon’s resistance. The only thing that sucks is small is the smallest size they have after using this for 2 months I’m ready for a size xs or xxs
