Though the idea of smart vent is promising, it works poorly. See the attached video. When ever vent closes, it's amazingly loud due to air leakage. Unusable in a bedroom. Flair support responds but none of their suggested hacks work and they won't take it back as defective either. This is no replacement for proper zoning and for us it's worse than not having it at all due to the vent noise.
