The one thing is the back wheel falls off very easily and you have to tape it on or replace it. Ours fell off and was never seen again. The design is perfect because the propellers are positioned in a way that protects them from crashes. It is super easy to fly and is so so fun!! It does what it’s supposed to and you have fun doing it!! It is a perfect RC plane for beginners!! Review: Gone Gone and Gone !! - Took it to a big soccer field for its first flight. Flew as expected but quickly it drifted out of range of the remote control. Quickly it disappeared into the jungle and unable to retrieve. $55 down the drain in few minutes. Flew as expected but quickly it drifted out of range of the remote control. Quickly it disappeared into the jungle and unable to retrieve. $55 down the drain in few minutes. My young son was disappointed !!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spitfire is a great first plane *by J***N on March 31, 2026* I purchased the 3 channel spitfire. Flies great, is durable. Have to be careful to try and kill the engines before crashing. A fully charged battery will spin them fast enough to shear the propeller blades if spinning at speed when they hit something. Crashed into a tree and poked it out with a pole, crashed into the ground several times. Still flies great first plane for the price. A lot of these poor reviews seem like genuine user error and mishandling. Plane flies pretty good up to 15mph winds slightly more it flies in place and really needs the gyro for stability. ## Frequently Bought Together - VOLANTEXRC RC Plane 3 Channel Remote Control Plane Fighter Spitfire with 6-axis Gyro, 2.4GHz RTF Radio Controlled Aircraft Easy to Fly for Beginners Boys Adults Kids (76205 RTF) - DEERC RC Plane 3 Channel P51D Mustang Remote Control Airplane Fighter Toys,2.4GHz 6-axis Gyro Stabilizer RTF Glider Aircraft Plane with 2 Batteries,Easy to Fly for Adults Kids Beginners Boys - Toileum RC Plane, 3 Channel RC Airplane 2.4GHz with 2 Batteries 6-axis Gyro Stabilizer, Easy to Fly for Beginners Adults and Kids (P-51D) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/655281410-volantexrc-rc-plane-3-channel-remote-control-plane-for-beginners](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/655281410-volantexrc-rc-plane-3-channel-remote-control-plane-for-beginners) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
