In the beginning I didn't think I liked it because of the cotton candy that would fly out. I ordered the mesh with the clips and it helps a good bit. It shows that you can pour water in the center to clean it but you do have to be careful because it will sling steam everywhere. However, it does make it very easy to clean. I would like to find a dome for it to help cut down on the cotton candy flyways even more.

This worked amazing! We were able to make 24 Valentines cups in about an hour. We found that you have to play with the temp a little to get it just right. Too high and it burned the sugar just enough to set the smoke detectors off… not enough to taste or smell.

Bought for a special occasion, thought it would be great fun. The first time out of the box it didn’t work. The bowl won’t heat up. Thus making it unusable

I purchased this for my small rental company and I absolutely love it. Shipping was quick and came with everything I needed. It did take me a few times to get used to how to warm it up and get it going but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty simple. There’s so many flavors. You can get a cotton candy that makes this so much fun highly recommend for the price. You can’t beat it.

The media could not be loaded. I have one of the home makers and my issue with it was time to make enough servings and noise.This one is very quiet. And speed it has in spades!Pros: quiet, easy to clean, very fast, good output.Cons: The instructions tell you to heat to 150c. The temp gauge does not have numbers. But I had done some reading and you want to turn the knob until you get 95 volts. Let heat for 3-4 minutes. I used my temp gun and I was right at 155. Poured in my sugar and it instantly started producing floss!!! The video shows how quick. In the video I only put in about half a scoop of sugar so it would have produced twice as much. The pic with the pile was all produced (plus a couple of puffs more, quality assurance had to be done first) in less than 5 minutes!Since we regularly have at least 5 kids and 4 adults wanting cotton candy this will be awesome. From start, heat up, cooking, and clean up was all under 15 minutes! So as long as it is durable I am VERY happy with it and highly recommend it!

Wish I could find a 15 inch dome top. Sometimes it's a bit messy.
