But compared to the strong impact of water flossers, this one is not as strong, but the gentle brushing force and bubble cleaning combination is just right for my current gums, so instead of brushing my teeth aimlessly in the shower every day like before, I started brushing twice a day, and it was more purposeful and even a little fun. So far, my teeth feel smoother and cleaner. Gum bleeding has also decreased, perhaps because I avoid overexerting.
