Amazing vest! SO glad that the weights are adjustable. I had recently lost 40 lbs (oh oh Ozempic, ya knowwww) and thought - wow this should be easy and light! Heck no. I thought I would die the first time I tried to walk with it. Thankfully I was able to pull out some of the weights, keeping some so I could comfortably walk with it until I can build strength. There is a smell but it’s so mild and it’s gone after one outdoor wear. It’s comfortable and distributes the weight really well. I also love that there are reflective pieces since we often walk late at night. I’ve also lost more weight and it’s adjustable and fits just as comfortably. This vest is a 10/10!

This vest is adjustable and comfortable. I like that you can arange the weights to accommodate your workout needs. Very easy to use and the quality has held up so far. THe sizining was as expected.

For background I am a 5'2" 135 pound female. I have been walking an hour a day for over a year on sloped terrain. I didn't know how much weight I could handle so I bought this adjustable weight vest size 11-20 pounds about 3 weeks ago. I am so glad I did. The first day I tried 11 pounds and it was easy. Next day 14 totally fine. The following day I went to 17 pounds and it felt like a workout. I stayed at that for two weeks and moved to 20 pounds. I will likely stay at 20 for a month and then look into buying the next size adjustable weight vest. I do feel I am gaining more muscle strength in my legs using this weighted vest and it gives me a better workout. I highly recommend and adjustable vest since it is difficult to know exactly what we can handle.

Love the vest for running and walking. Can adjust to be fitted more closely to the body. Comfortable with no rubbing. Gave it four stars because I don't love that it goes over the head - not the easiest on and off.

This vest is an added bonus to my walking workout. It is well made, fits well, and a good value. I like the flexibility of being able to add additional weight as my workouts progress. The only thing to improve would be to have a larger mesh pocket - my phone does not fit into the mesh pocket at the front.

I started with a 10 lb vest and bought this one when I "grew out" of that. I bought the 11-20 lb size. 9 pounds of it are in 6 little 1.5 lb pouches, which you can add or remove. For my first day I took two of them out and started my walk with 17 pounds. It's heavy! The vest is nicely made, altho not very attractive. But the price is right and that's what I was going for. The pockets for the removeable weights are tight. I had trouble taking one of them out, and more trouble putting it back it. But I did it.

I’ve been walking in this vest for months now. It can be tightened or loosened. I’m 5’2 with. Chevy build and the vest fits me well. The adjustable weight sacks are somewhat easy to add in and pull out. I’ve added 2 in now with the heavier vest and I love it. One of my friends and I have the same vest, we both really enjoy it. I would buy this vest again.
