The studs keep the blocks in place and reduce slippage and the handles make these blocks easy to position and remove. The cushioning is also sufficient to make this comfortable without dulling the hardness of the support required. Besides using these for the lumbar region, they can be used in other areas where angled support is needed.I find these very useful but the current price of $71.09 ($78.99 minus 10%) is about $30 overpriced for these.
