I am 10 months postpartum and bought this to try to gain back some core strength that was weakened by pregnancy. I was able to set it up on my own pretty quickly. I’ve only used it a couple times but I immediately felt the burn, and was a little sore the next day. The digital rep counter works with each rep but I would not be surprised if it stops working eventually. The rep counter just feels cheap, but the rest of it feels high quality and stable. Overall I think it’s a worthy purchase for at-home workouts! Will update if something changes.

Great product. However it's not as big as I expected, which is good for space but being the handlebars aren't longer I discovered this is causing my wrist to hurt as I pull up on it. I am 5'6 and 195 pounds. I am working on fitness and reducing belly fat and this is the perfect size. I currently use it on the rug and it does not slip or slide. Perfect size for in home use without having to need an at home gym. I whip it out in the living room and sometimes my bedroom for quick Ab workout and it fits perfect and easy to collapse for storage until next use. I would order more equipment this size. Just wish there was some sort of adjustment for the handle bars to make it more comfortable to hold.

LOVE this machine! It took less than 15 minutes to put together. It gives you a great abdominal workout. You can change the intensity to make it easier or harder. You can also you it to workout your legs, buttocks and arms. It doesn’t take up much space

It’s too soon to tell if it won’t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it :( it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on Amazon. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! Another reason why I bought this besides the very affordable price.

I'm 43 been a big girl most my life. Since I was a teenager I wanted a ab machine. Bought a roller. Used it. But no pain in my stomech. A trainer told me if you don't feel sore. You're not exersizeing the right way. I barely set it up this machine. It was on the hardest level. Which is on the taller level. I couldnt do one. Lol! So i put it on the lowest. I did 8 I had to use one leg to roll my fat self up. Than i figured before i can roll myself up i had to give it all i got. Lol! Which makes it a good challenge. I feel a tiny bit sore in my abs. Because I did 6 minus my leg haha! I have lost weight before and i know once you get adjusted it becomes more effective along the way. I looked at the viedo to assemble. Was easy. Not noisy at all. Which i love the not noisy machine. I live in an apartment complex so some of my neighbors can't complain about the noise. Becuase they can't hear me. The kness a little wabbly. I used both tools to tighten the knees area on each side. But perhaps its wabbly for a reason. As long as its not noisy and don't break and performs in edition to help me loose weight? I ain't complaing. I have a feeling this machine will help me to do what it's meant to do. You either get hooked to doing exersize and carry your unhealthy fat or not fat self around eating junkfood and being lazy not feeling good. Or do exersize get skinny or being skinny and strong not lazy eating healthy food and feel good. So far so good. Looking forward to wanting to lean more on the feeling good side of life. I think it saves money and is a cheaper alternative than the gym. Along with other sorts of exersize. 🤟😎👍

I use this to help me with core and ab workouts. I have a hard time doing crunches and sit-ups without a helper, so this has been a helpful alternative to these workouts. I have even found different ways to use this in order to maximize it's usefulness. The design is perfect for my apartment, as I can fold it away and it wont take up space. It is also very ccomfortable and easy to set up!
