Superlative sound quality
I was looking for replacements for broken Bluetooth in-ear headphones and was worried about comments for the best-rated products in my price range (Sennheiser and Denon PerL) saying there were issues with quality of build and connectivity, and so bought these in a moment of madness. I have to say I'm impressed. The sound quality is better than any set of headphones I've owned, even than £300 over-ear headphones. I use them watching esports and have gained a new appreciation for the music that plays in the ad breaks. I've discovered new depths to songs I've heard over and over again and thought I hated. Especially with electronic music the bass is amazing. It's also kind of nice not having to deal with all the nonsense that goes with the bells and whistles Bluetooth earbuds have. No worrying about whether they've managed to charge or if one of them's disconnected or if ANC or transparency mode is on or off. Also no buttons to accidentally press when adjusting them in your ear. The comfort is adequate but not great. At first wearing them all day it's a bit of a relief to get them out of your ear, but I could wear them all day, and have gotten more used to them. I'm sure they're not constructed in a simple way but they are entirely bell-and-whistleless (again, something of a relief), and e.g. don't have a volume control. I was lucky enough to have some random piece of equipment I don't know the name of that has a line in, headphone out and volume knob, and I connected a cable from that to the line out on the PC (specifically on a wireless headphone base station) and that works really well. But I'm probably not using these how they're meant to be used, as they likely have some esoteric studio function. To me it seems like every design consideration was done in service of incredible sound quality, and these headphones certainly achieve that.

KIWI Ears KE4 IEMS - Impressive Performance and Value
I’ve been using these IEMs for a week now, and I’m genuinely impressed. While I primarily use them for music listening, they’ve also performed exceptionally well during gaming with the clarity and detail across the frequency range being outstanding. The bass is particularly impressive being tight, well-controlled, and clear, without bleeding into the mids much. As someone who loves bass, these IEM’s really impressed me. The high frequencies are crisp and free from sibilance, which is especially important for me as I’m quite sensitive to harsh treble. The mids carry a warm, natural tone that adds to the overall balance of the sound signature. I do apply a slight EQ adjustment to tailor the sound to my personal preference, but these IEMs respond well and don’t require major changes. In terms of build quality, they feel solid and well-constructed while remaining relatively lightweight. The fit is comfortable for my ears, though the housings are on the larger side, which may not suit everyone. The included cable is decent, although nothing extraordinary, but at the end of the day it’s only a cable. The packaging is also well presented, though I would have preferred a slightly larger travel case, as if feels a bit tight and compresses the IEMs when closed. Overall, these IEMs are genuinely impressive and hold their own against models at significantly higher price points. They offer excellent value and performance, making them a strong recommendation for anyone seeking high-quality sound without spending too much.

Easy going listening
If you want to kick back and relax, these are for you. Nice little sub bass boost, zero sibilance.

Absolutely Excellent
These are mid to high end in ear monitors or iem’s. They are designed for the “Audiophile” type but I’m afraid that just isn’t me. I am very much someone who just likes to enjoy music and not analyse it too much. I’m just not that smart I guess. So to me these IEM’s are the best things I’ve listened to in a long time. They have a really warm tone to them, almost cosy with a really nice bass that’s not overly strong but is emphasised nicely. It’s not an exciting bass though so not great for those thumping bass lines. I really enjoy classical music with them or orchestral type stuff. You get loads of detail in the music so you’ll notice things that aren’t clear in lesser headphones. They also do not suffer with sharp high notes which piece your ears. I had another popular IEM before that was lovely but painful when there were highs on the music. The build of these seems outstanding, they are 3D printed casings but they still feel quality. There’s a lovely THICC cable that feels premium and isn’t too annoying. The hooks for my ears aren’t superb and I would love a little more adjustability but I do have a weird head. They fit quite comfortably and the bit that pokes into your ear isn’t too long which I know can be an issue for some. The tips are also nice but I wish they weren’t grey as they do show up the ear gunk. You also get a really nice case to keep them in which I thought was a great addition. The issues I have faced with these is that they have what I have discovered to be Driver Flex. It’s like a clicking when you put them in your ears. It seems to have lessened as I’ve used them more though and it was only left ear. I also had an issue where the left ear would kind of “pop” and there would suddenly be more sound, no other way to describe it. It felt like my ear had popped after landing in an aeroplane. These issues have gone as I’ve used them more though so maybe they need a bit of bedding in. These do appear to be quite pricey but IEM’s with the same driver setup and tuning seem to cost quite a bit more than these so based on that they do present relatively good value. The sound quality, build and comfort are great and I’m super happy with them. I keep them on me all the time and really enjoy listening with them. I highly recommend.

Great set of IEMs!
These IEM headphones come in very nice branded packing and a box with an included lovely zipped carry / travel case made of strong material and again with nice branding on it. The headphones themselves look amazing with a superb silver / chrome engraved finish on the rear again with the Kiwi ears logo and then gloss black sculptored drivers with great ergonomics. You get a full set of replacement silicon ear buds PLUS replacement grills which many iEMs do not include. The cable is super nice quality soft and flexible with a silvery gun metal finish with really nice connectors on either end. The special 2DD+2BA Hybrid technology I will not purport to understand but the sound of these headphones is pretty special with beautiful clear crisp highs, sweet mids and enough bass output and impact to satisfy me. A lovely degree of layering is also evident in the sound signature and I would class these headphones as having a higher tier in sound to price performance. Recommended
