My new favorite electrolyte drink! It dissolves easily by shaking it in my tumbler with cold water. The strawberry watermelon flavor is great, and I can't wait to try the other flavors. The packets are durable and able to be tossed around in my bag for a while before using without wear and tear on the packaging. Definitely recommend this drink mix for anyone who needs a hydration boost!

This is great for winding down and helping with sleep. I actually received six boxes of six servings. It has zero sugar and is very portable. It dissolves easily and is super effective at relaxation. It doesn't really smell much and helps me get to sleep after a busy day. It's worth every penny.

Taste good works well for me

I took a chance on this because Pedialyte and Emergen-C — my usual hydration/vitamin packets when I’m not feeling my best —have been quite expensive lately. I got the Mango flavor and it is absolutely loaded with stevia, which I stupidly didn’t see on the ingredients list. I can’t stand non-sugar sweeteners, and though stevia is technically not “artificial”, but from a plant, too much of it turns my stomach and gives me nausea. Oops! Amazon AI didn’t tell me that stevia was in this, just watermelon extract, and I foolishly took it at its word. I’d never tried watermelon sweetener before. This powder needs to be VERY DILUTED for it to be palatable for me. It’s extremely sweet from an abundance of. Maybe I should try another flavor? It tastes ok mixed with some iced tea to bring up some bitterness, but it’s way more potent in flavor than Gatorade from the bottle. I don’t think I’ll be buying this again unless I have no other choices. Pedialyte is much easier on the stomach and provides a better hydrating solution when you’re ill or need an extra boost for the day.

Will buy again

The drink sticks inside the carton were sticky, and it was clear they were packaged that way at the factory. There was loose powder inside the box, all of the drink sticks were completely sealed. The outer carton showed no water damage, yet every stick had sticky brown residue. Amazon directed me to contact the seller, which turned out to be a form through PepsiCo. Their customer service was awful it took several days to get a response, and instead of a refund, they sent manufacturer coupons worth only a couple of dollars off future purchases. The coupons couldn’t be combined and expired within two weeks. This product isn’t sold locally, so they were useless. There’s no way to reply directly to the customer service agent you have to fill out a new form each time, only to get an automated response back. Overall, poor quality control from the manufacturer and terrible customer service from the seller. I don’t recommend buying this product.
