Gaiam Restore Compact Foam Roller, 12-Inch

I always travel with a foam roller and mat. I replaced a small version of the excellent Trigger point roller I’ve been using for years with this one because it’s smaller and lighter. It does the trick nicely, especially if you’re trying to travel as light as you can.

I needed a smaller sized foam roller, I often find the standard sizes are too big for me. This one is perfect for my back, easy on the legs, works exactly the way I wanted! It's comfortable and not too firm, I also like that the texture is more smooth. I have another roller that is bumpy and I don't enjoy it as much compared to this one. Definitely recommend this roller!

This does the job cracking your back. That was the main thing I wanted out of it. It is very stiff and not giving. I felt sore in a good way after using it. I wish there was a little more give to it. It's very light and easy to carry. For the price I'm not sure I would recommend.

This works great for massaging my muscles after a workout.

They are good quality. They are tiny btw.

I use this size roller every day to roll out my spine and loosen my neck. It fits perfectly in the nape of my neck. I have a heavier one I used to travel with but this is lighter and a little shorter. So happy with this purchase.

In case it matters, the photos are very miscolored and the roller is far more teal/aqua than the pictured green. The photos are accurately colored on the Gaiam website.
