This is a missing link. It activates elements needed to help destroy pathogens. I had other forms of zinc picolate and copper added but this type of zinc is specified to work better for paracites and h pylori. It helped me heal. I will always use this type of zinc.

bottle too large for contents
havent tried it yet for efficacy but the container is rediculous. Bottle is approx 4.5 inches tall and the capsules fill only approx 3/4 inch of the bottle. That is wasteful and takes up too much space in my cabinet for the contents. A much smaller bottle would be more convenient and cost effective.

Excellent Quality
I usually purchase Dr's Best PepzinGI Zinc l carnosine. This brand has a small difference in amounts of Zinc, but its just as great for digestive healing in my opinion. The small capsules are very easy to swallow and easily digestible. I've been using these for about a month and get the same benefits at a slightly lower price. Overall a great value for an excellent product.(
