Having recently picked up an Osmo Pocket 3, I decided to do a shootout of several different CPL filters. I have previously used Neewer products in the past and been satisfied, so I made sure that this was one of the ones I tested.When it arrived, it had the least impressive case, since the other two CPL filters came in a nice plexi box with magnetized lid, while this Neewer CPL filter came in a plastic snap-close style box. The Neewer however also comes with two screen protectors and an assortment of accessories to help with the install and to keep the filter clean.The filter itself very easily snaps onto the lens of the Osmo due to being magnetized. At first, I was not in love with the result. It still looked somewhat washed out and hazy (see second picture). Compared to the picture with no filter (first picture), the difference was minimal, even non-existent. However, I played with the adjustable ring on the Neewer CPL filter and snapped the last two photos. Those photos by far are the most pristine color-wise out of all the photos I took with all the different filters I was testing.It is very subtle and requires a direct side-by-side comparison of the photos, but to me, the Neewer, once adjusted, appears to bring out the true white of the knitted fried egg and makes the darker colors deeper without making them muddled and grey. Due to this and the added bonus swag of the screen protectors, I recommend this CPL filter.

There's nothing wrong with this CPL Filter, it's a perfect fit for the Osmo Pocket 3, and it produces great results, but it's just unfortunate that I can't add it on top of the wide angle lens of which I use quite a bit. It's great for when I don't need that wide angle, but I just wish that I could use it in tandem.I've purchased many NEEWER products in the past, so I knew that when I got this filter the quality and workmanship would be top notch, so in that regard, it's fantastic quality at a low price, this is no different.Like other reviewers have said, it's not a make everything better filter. There's times when you'll need it, and others when you won't, but for those times you do, it's a fantastic addition that won't break the bank. If you do a lot of outdoor shoots in the sun, or near the water, this is a must have for your kit.

I like this CPL filter for my pocket 3. It clips in the space reserved for the wide angle lens in the case. This thing needs to be removed every time you use it or it will not fit in the original case. It adds a light amount of distortion and it can be hard to set the strength since the thing is so incredibly tiny. I'm not sure how much i'll end up using this since I could probably just shoot behind my higher end glass filters for my mirrorless but Its nice to have a dedicated CPL filter that neatly fits over the original lens. If I were shooting all day over water in a boat, I'd think this filter would be a must have. A quick note, if you plan on using this in a boat, pick an object underwater and adjust the filter until it becomes as visible as possible, otherwise you may end up missing lots of interesting detail that could be enhanced.

The included screen protector was great but the CPL itself is tough to evaluate because it's very difficult to adjust. Maybe it's just me but once installed it felt almost impossible to turn the setting around to see the impact...especially with the gimbal trying to maintain while you're moving it.

The magnetic attachment is very poor. Was doing some slider videos and next thing I know, the filter is gone. Couldn’t find it. Would not recommend this unless they improve the attachment capability.

I really like this package. The screen protector is easy to install and you don't notice it is there when recording, which is a good thing. Touch screen continues to work as expected.The CPL filter is very thin. So thin, you can keep it on the device when you turn of your Osmo Pocket 3. It doesn't block the gimbal head from returning to its resting position, that is a great plus! If you don't need the CPL, it securely and magnetically fits in the Osmo Pocket 3's the protective hardshell case.Recommended!

No problems at all, stick nicely and seems well made. The writing on the fiter is so tiny though and cant help it because its so small. Hard to see which filter I am using. Anyone over 45 will struggle! haha. Also the magnets stick but still can easily come off. I can see how these filters will get lost easily - but I would imagine no matter the brand they are all like that.
