Be aware, if you are running latest firmware, especially the firmware released by HP after they took over samsung printers, you will not be able to use an aftermarket cartridge. There are utilities out there to update printer firmware and sites to order previous firmware versions. There are also sites selling 'chipless' firmware for printers, which I paid for, but did not need. I have a M2020W samsung printer. I was running an after market cartridge prior to ordering these. since the last time i installed a cartridge, I updated to the latest HP firmware, and was shocked when the new cartridge would not recognize in the printer. Even more surprised when the old cartridge would not recognize when i reinstalled it. I backdated the firmware to V3.00.01.03 which was the oldest i could find. That was probably the wrong way to go as this firmware didn't work at all. I rolled firmware back to V3.00.01.23 which was the latest samsung firmware release, and everything works as it should. all cartridges are recognized again, and it prints great. I did all of this while i was in the process of buying the chipless firmware, so by the time the paid firmware arrived in my inbox, I had already managed to correct my issue. Lesson learned - Latest firmware may lock out aftermarket cartridges. Probably not necessary to BUY a fix firmware. Dont go too far back with your firmware rollback.

Good price, good quality

Excellent product. I ordered a replacement cartridge from a different company that didn't fit my printer. I sent it back, then looked back at what replacement cartridge I had ordered two years ago. It was from STAROVER so I ordered 2 again from STAROVER. Installed one of the cartridges yesterday with no problems - works great! Next time I need a replacement cartridge I will stay with STAROVER!

This was my original review: Bought the 2 cartridge deal as a back up in early June. Just put in the first cartridge and this is what I got. Put in the second and it works great. Tried to clean rollers no luck. Since I didn't need them right away I didn't know one was defective and I'm past the return date. Great price but not if only one cartridge works. 😔 Within a week I received at letter (yes snail mail, unusual in this age, but a comment on how much they value the customer). They said in spite of rigiouous testing sometimes this might happen. Even though I was past my return date they gave me several options. I chose to replace the cartridge. I honestly didn't think anyone would read my review let alone act on it. The sign of a good company is not how they act when things go well but what do they do when it doesn't. Big shoutout to Vivian and toner ink services for making my day. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

Works good so far. I have an old inkjet printer and it fit correctly. Make sure you get the right length of cartridge.

So it took a couple of go's to get the toner recognised by the printer (as other people have mentioned), but very happy with the quality of the product and the price. Recommended.

Value for the money

Seems to work just fine. How long it will last is unknown. Seems to be a good deal.
