Bike didn’t come assembled, despite all the reviews saying it does. Our bike is also missing the basket, which is advertised in the image and should be included.

This bike is great value for money and decent quality. The light and the integrated bike lock are a nice bonus. However, the 26in has a frame that's definitely on the smaller size. Their recommended height for that bike size is not right. I'm 5'8"/173cm and the handle bars hit my knees on turns so unfortunately I had to return it.
