Initially impressed with this product, simple to operate, improved my hearing tremendously, just what I wanted. Unfortunately, after a short two months the left ear aid quit working. I expected years out of this product not months. Don’t waste your money.

Left one quit working after four months. No response from customer service. The worked well for me but would not buy again.

If you're looking for a simple inexpensive amplifier this is the route you might want to go I didn't particularly care for it.

No me gustó que no tiene bajos,es decir sonido grave .el sonido es enteramente agudo.y causa dolores de cabeza.lonotro es que los 9 pasos que dice tener no hay diferencia alguna entre un paso y el otro.solo el primer paso y el último funcionan.

Este articulo funciona muy bien las proximas 15 horas de uso intermitente despues deja de funcionar uno y despuesito el otro en pocas palabras no inviertas en este articulo
