The kit is very easy to install. It’s also very easy to use. With the different head attachments you’re bound to find one that’s comfortable for you. I haven’t had any leaks, and water pressure is strong going through a shower filter.

I've been using this for about two years. It's smooth and safe, it's easy to use, I don't have anything like a bidet and although my showerhead is adjustable it's heavy and awkward, so I've gotten a lot of use out of this as just a reliable shower hose adapter as well as it's primary use. My only concern with this as a enema tool is that after about a year and a half of abuse, dropping the head 2m onto porcelain or banging it against the wall when putting it back almost every time, the outer surface started to come apart and became sharp. But of course, there were two other heads provided with the product and the wider head is actually a superior tool as an enema hose in my experience so far; so this is a ridiculous longevity that gives me a lot of confidence in the quality and safety of the materials. The difference between this and enema bulbs or plastic syringes is night and day. Hugely valuable item.
