Highlights * Clipper and trimmer is as advertised out of the box * The most quiet clipper and trimmer I've ever used * Cutting is butter smooth, no pulls, period * Trimmer visibility is good which enabled great precision. I did not have any surprises cutting hair that I did not intend to. * Fully charged out of the box * Gold colour looks premium * Great feel on the hand * Lever feels solid with a satisfying click sound when moving between levels * Great amount of guards provided in the kit * Weight feels slightly front heavy for the clipper, but I did not experience any issues with it * The shape of the trimmer and clipper with the sharp edges allowed great handling. My fingers were able to grip onto the sections so I did not feel it would slip out of my hand. * 4 hours of shaving in a single charge! Most of all, the price for this combination is right. At $316 CAD for this combo, it really is hard to beat for the same level of performance and user experience. I would highly recommend this product.

These are a very nice clipper and trimmer set, especially at this price point. 12+ years as a beauty professional, a licensed barber for 6, I think these are a great buy. I’ve used detachable osters, seniors, magic clips, masters and babyliss, these are right up there with them. The housing has held up well and not peeled or chipped, the charging dock is very convenient and small. The clippers and trimmers are both lightweight, ergonomic, and incredibly quiet which is important to me because some of my neurodivergent clients (and my partner) can be overwhelmed by loud clippers/trimmers. Despite being lightweight and quiet, they’re still decently powerful. These came with a taper blade, not a fade blade, so they didn’t cut as crisp, more of a soft cut. The trimmer hits well and can get a crisp line in there. I do prefer the babyliss trimmer to this one for most lineups- but may just be a creature of habit. Others may have had better results zero gapping their blades, but these still do fine.
