Excellent product, I used this a lot for endurance whilst in the Army and have recently reacquainted myself with it and finding perfect results in the gym during heavy weight sessions. Enough sustained energy for a gruelling session. Mixes easy and tastes great, no need for a shaker, my wife loves it as much as me.

I didn't expect this to help improve the intensity of my workout, recovering faster and completing my gym session faster. This has also helped with my 5-6k runs too, feeling fresh and more energised throughout the runs, shaving of a seconds each time.

It’s the time of the year where I am on my bike for over 3 hrs so need hydration and fuel. This covers both. This with gels and energy bars is perfect.

Great product, huge tub. The only drawback is the flavour is not going to be to everyones taste. I usually use Glucose powder when i am feeling ill just to give me that little kickstart. Would recommend to drink this with very cold water.

I love this powder - tastes like a weak lucozade sport and has never upset my stomach once

I've not really used this stuff before but it seemed to work well for me. Easy to use and to mix. Not convinced about the taste - but is very drinkable Bit sweet but it does seem to keep me going while I'm out on the bike.
