Didnt taste of anything, so pleasant I could say, had it with a healthy fat meal just after, with some water and 10g of apple cider vinegar, and that combination really helped my digestive system, this product seems to be good, thanks to it's gut healing ingredients, L-glutamine helps to heal the wall of the gut, and it's an abundant amino acid found in the body, the others are digestive enzymes that help digest a variety of foods, helping the gut microbiome feast on them all, but the quantity level which is 2 per day is only 1 month supply, I'm not big on any supplement that only gives 1 month supply my minimum sweet area is 2-3 months span, when I spend £25. For that amount of money you can get 1kg of L-glutamine which helps to heal your gut wall, and that's usually all I would need. Fixing the gut technically fixes your body, joints, muscles, everything you name it.

This is perfect for me, I needed something to help with gut health and I have high blood sugar levels so the fact it helps with that too is brilliant. Capsules are so much easier to use than powdered supplements, they have the same amount in each one, so no need to measure, no need to mix and there is no after taste at all. The capsules are medium in size, and I find them easy to take. I take one capsule with my breakfast and another with my evening meal around 6pm. You get 60 capsules in the resealable pouch which gives a month’s supply. I was surprised by how soon I seen a difference, only 3 days in and I already feel less bloated and sluggish. Really happy with these.

You need to take one of these easy to swallow, smallish capsules with breakfast and another one with your evening meal, so 2 day, which means that this packet will only last for one month. I think that is too expensive to use on a consistent basis, but is ok as a course now and again. A month's supply should be long enough to see if they help you, and hopefully you won't need to take them any longer than that, but the packet doesn't actually say. If you are happy with the price then it's worth a go for the stated health benefits.
