Good investment
I finally forked over the money to buy this "investment". I have been through many blenders before, not thinking that there was too much of a difference between brands. Now all my tiny chia seeds or berries are blended nice and smooth. No more crunchy drinks when they're not suppose to be. What sold me was the easy clean up and their warranty. Should be the last blender I ever buy!

Worst product!! Quality issue.
Normally, during use, a mixer produces sound, but this mixer is creating too much irritating noise. Is this a fault with my product, or is this model itself like this? I am not sure. I feel totally disappointed. I already returned the first mixer and got a replacement. The new one also was giving loud sound and coil smell. But I adjusted and using. For the last two days, when I switch on mixer, I am getting short circuit in home.. I am really scared now.. Replacement window is closed and there is no return option also for this product Rubber gasket underneath the blade is made with low quality. In first use itself rubber came out. I bought and came to different country, now I can’t return it also .

Value for money,easy to use
I have purchased this bullet mixer back in june 23. This product is awesome, it is a value for money product as it is supplied with 5 jars, 3 types of blades and many lids. One can use the jars for storage and directly for drinking and serving.I faced an issue last week with the machine, it stopped working. But to my satisfaction they replaced it with a brand new machine in 3 day and customer care was very polite and supportive, they even tracked it after the replacement was delivered to check if my issue is resolved or not. To this Cookwell scores high.All in all a great purchase, will recommend it for light to medium household usage.
