Great machine
Been an amazing machine, doing 5-10lbs of beef sticks a week and 1-2 runs of dried fruits. Also drying herbs for home made seasoning. Machine is working great

HOMEMADE IS WAYYYY CHEAPER
I LOVE THIS!!!!!!! Always wanted one and now I got one. Fits perfectly where I intended like slipping on a boot. "Set it and forget it". Dried tons of apples and made my first beef jerky. With teh cost of jerky my 2.4# $8.00 on sale top round made over $100.00 of jerky (if I were to buy the same volume in the store). This machine has already paid for itself.

Great for jerky
Upgraded to this from a little plastic dome thingy. Honestly i was looking for kind of a dry smoking dehydrator, and really glade i went with this. Works on the counter top, great heat regulation and timer feature. All the jerky came out eaven without me needing to move racks around at the halfway point.
