The Collected Short Stories of Louis L'Amour: Unabridged Selections from the Crime Stories: Volume 6

I've been a super fan of Louis L'Amour since I read the first of his stories. A master storyteller, Louis L'Amour has put together a number of books that are collectible, and has the best stories of his several hundred or maybe even thousands, All stories are programmed in the late 1800s, and usually pertain to cowboys, or western gentlemen, This is the last of the Collected Short Stories that I have read and the first story is as good as the last story. I'm a particular fan of the Ol' West, and his brilliant writing brings these times to life. Even after his death, his daughter has released many stories that had never been published. Great writer and great stories.

I have read all of Louis LAmour books. I prefer his western action books, but couldn't pass up reading any of his books. ALL of his books have given me many hours of enjoyment and relaxing reading. I am thankful for his life and that of his wife and daughter who searched out his papers that had not been published before his death. He was definitely a giant in the trade of a story teller. Zane Gray and William W. and J. A. Johnstone western action books are good reads too, but Louis L'Amour stands tall.

Have and read every book he wrote, loved every one of them, have 2 complete sets and about 80 extras, I was lost and sad when I finished last story. Then I was on to Caos Ruis Zafon, wow, read all, have some, will add the rest to my collection. From western to gothic, to a Blind cat, quite the leap.

Almost finished collecting all the Leatherette books now have narly all hard Cover Short story Collection. Started reading again in my old age and it beats watching re-run's
