Do they come in a pair or is it one piece

It's been 6 years, but I'm pretty sure they were sold as a single unit, by the "Each". I just looked at their current advertisement (9/18/21) and it is now definitely by the "Each", not by the pair. But I'll say this, mine are still shiny. I did have to buy S.S. Bolts, Nuts and Washers. The hardware they sent with the SS Flap Weights (the Strips) got rusty fast. See ya.

?? Should have studs, and the nuts and washers. You should return them. The one you have is defective. I have purchased several and they look and work great.
