Cuter and more functional than most of my own clothing!
I have a chunky kitty. I’ve been working on her diet for a few years and as a veterinary assistant, I’m embarrassed that I still haven’t found the magic combination. Now that we’ve moved to a warmer location, my next move is trying to take her for little walks like we did when she was a kitten. Over the last 3 years, I’ve purchased a handful of harnesses and as of now, this is the best one yet. It fits her, it’s easy to adjust, comes with a leash, big plus, the Velcro is surprisingly strong and allows for more freedom in adjustment. And, it is totally adorable as well! She got excited to put it on and stood screaming at the door, so, a great start made much better by a good product!

Truly escape proof, and it’s even really cute on my cat.
Yes, this cat harness is certainly escape proof!! All the other harness’s that I have tried on my cat. I had a very hard time finding a good fitting harness because according to the majority size recommendations were either too big around her neck, yet too small around her chest. It did take a little work to get my cat the adjust to having it on while she tried and tried to escape from it. Fortunately, she has never ever been able to even begin to get it off of it by herself. Now she is a pro at letting me put it on her without any issues or problems. She even likes it to be on now. Now we are working on training her to walk around with the leash attached. I don’t think anyone would regret purchasing this cat harness, I know that I sure don’t.

Quality Harness: Can’t Wait to Use it Outside
I had to order this product twice. I ordered a medium about a month ago, but that got lost in the mail and never came. I had to order a large in the meantime because I'm on a timed schedule of trying to get her harness trained. I left a review about that and said I would update it later if I was ever able to purchase another medium. When the medium was finally put back in stock, I ordered one and it came pretty quickly. I’ve spent the past two days making her wear the large and the medium trying to see which one fits better. The first three pictures are of her wearing the medium, and the last two are her wearing a large. In all five of the pictures, the harness is adjusted to where it fits the best on her. (I’m not sure why she continues to stand like her spine is broken, but I’m hoping the snugness of the medium helps her adjust more and she changes this.) My cat is 5 years old and pretty petite for her age. She weighs about 8.3 pounds with a chest girth of 13 and a neck girth of 7-8. It sucks that she is literally in between sizes because the medium fits when the Velcro is loosened and the large fits when the Velcro is really tight. If I adjust the Velcro flaps on the medium (where the Velcro is not showing) it starts to choke her neck a little bit so that’s the one major thing I reallllyyy dislike. But the flaps around her chest fit perfectly. I did not like the look of the extra 3 inches of the Velcro flap hanging off of her chest on the large, so I decided on the medium and figured having to see black Velcro without the flaps hanging is better. (The reviews saying that cats who were 8 pounds fit well in a medium also helped to sway my decision.) She also seemed to move a little bit better in the medium and her movements seemed less restricted. I’m chalking this up to the fact that the medium fits more snug and is closer to her body. The second thing I don’t like about this harness, besides the fact that the neck can’t be adjusted without Velcro being shown, is that the material is really thick. The thickness of the material actually works really great on the medium sized harness bc the medium fits better. However on the large harness, the thickness actually inhibited her movements and kind of swallowed her a little bit because it was too large (too large when the straps weren’t super tightened like in the last two pictures). But I’m not taking off anything or knocking the product because of this. I just thought it was something worth mentioning. In addition to this, I’ve noticed that the thickness and the lack of stretchiness of the material inhibits her from sitting down normally. I’m not sure if this is just a ‘my cat’ problem as it looks like other cats are able to sit down rather normally, but it’s still worth noting. I’m hoping as she gets used to it more, she’ll go back to moving/walking/sitting regularly while still in the harness.

cute, secure, easy
Cute with high-quality materials and I like the thick adjustable velcro straps that are easy to secure on a wiggly tummy. No cat harness is 100% escape-proof if the furby is freaking out, so folks giving fewer stars for that won't find a better harness anyway.

This is the best harness… just buy it!!
I’ve purchased this harness twice now, and after today, I’d gladly buy it 200 times over if I had to. I’ve been leash training my boys for a few weeks now. I took them in the backyard for an evening stroll, when an incredibly loud car drove by & happened to backfire as it was passing. Both kittens FREAKED out at the same time. I was attached to two fur tornadoes & absolutely terrified they would escape… but they didn’t. I was able to get them inside safely & neither kitten wriggled out of the harness during the panic. I am so grateful. The neck and body straps are both Velcro, so as long as you strap them in well, they will be safe and secure! Aside from the incredible security, it’s soft, breathable, and the colors are vibrant! As you can see in the photo, I have two sizes: XS for the 3month old (which is still slightly big on him) & Medium for the 6 month old (he’ll grow into it quickly)… even though they’re slightly big on them, the Velcro is adjustable. You also don’t need to smash their faces through a head opening like most other harnesses. You just rest the open harness on top of their body and wrap it shut around the neck and torso. I highly recommend this harness!!

Fits Chonky Floofers - Not 100% "Escape Proof"
It is a well-made product and it did fit him once I was able to get him in it. He is a 19-lb, two-year-old cat, so sizing mattered. That said, ‘escape proof’ is a stretch. He was out of it in under a few minutes and now avoids me when I try to put it on him. I was not able to get a photo of him wearing it because of that, but I lured him briefly with a treat for this review for the size reference. (Also, lighter for scale.) If you have a large cat who is already used to a harness and walking outside, this could be a good option. My cat has always been indoors due to nearby busy streets, and we did not even make it to the recommended indoor training phase.

Muy buena está pechera y no estar ahorcando al gato o perro pequeño. Es manejable y se puede levantar al gato sin lastimar

My cat actually likes it and it fits him, more importantly. He's a 22lb ragdoll Siamese so hard to find good quality products. This one fit the bill and it doesn't come apart.

I am delighted with this product. Its superior to any harnesses I have ever tried. I have had it for a while now and unbelievably my 5 month kitten has failed to escape from it to date. I have tried other harnesses and our other kitten was out of them very easily. This design is totally different and successful.

I love it and she loves it. I tried so many harnesses, this one is perfect . I order another size up for when she grows more.

I just received it and am surprised at how well constructed it is and the heavy duty high quality. It's quite thick and has a layer of breathable mesh on the inside (like some backpacks have on the part against your back). I really like that there are two D rings because I have a ID tag and a tracking tag that I want to attach to the upper one so that they don't dangle against her body (which kind of happened with her old harness vest. And the bottom one can be used for the leash. I love the pattern - I picked the one with black and white polka dots and zig zag stripes and the leash has straight stripes. Very much my style. Looks great on her (sorry, no pic yet). My cat still tried to bite it off after a while, but that is totally normal for her. She did come over to let me put it on (she knows I give treats for putting on vests). I appreciate that they have included advice in a leaflet because it drives me crazy to see videos of people dragging their cat around. I'll update if anything changes, but so far, I'm very happy with it.
