Coffee maker
The first coffee maker did not work very well. I reached out to customer service, and they sent us a replacement. New appliance works wonderful and the customer service was fantastic!

Great Product and Customer Service
I purchased this coffee maker for our Church Organization and we have been using and enjoying the machine for 6 months. It made great coffee and much faster than our previous machine. Unfortunately, it stopped functioning properly and stopped working. However, what impressed me most was the fast, friendly and concerned service we received from customer service. They wound up sending us a new machine. For this reason alone, we will only use this company for future needs!

defective product no customer service
We have had the coffee maker for 6 months and today it stopped working. I have gone to the customer support page and the issue I am having is not listed and there is no option to add a different issue. I am very unhappy that there is no way to contact customer support other then the few issues they have listed on the page. $243 down the tube for a product that should have lasted years but only lasted months 0 stars to you.

great product
this coffie maker is great. It is better than a bun. the water heats up quick without having it constantly hot 24/7. I highly recomend this product

Good Value & Performance
This coffee maker was purchased for an office setting making 2 pots of coffee per day Monday-Friday. It was a good value and made a good cup of coffee. We had an issue after 6 months, but customer service got right on it and we had a replacement immediately. I would recommend this product and rated it 5 stars because of the performance, the value, and most of all for the outstanding customer service. Something that is a rarity these days!

Great customer service
We had an issue with the first coffee maker we received but the company was great and quickly responded to our concerns and replaced the product free of charge. The new coffee maker works great and the we were very happy with customer service!
