TOUGHBUILT TOU-81-18 18" Modular Tote, Black/Yellow

I've been using the 12-inch for a little over two years now, and it has served me well. I decided to get the 18-inch as my new daily and use the 12-inch for sealed system work. I also picked up the ToughBuilt pouches, which feel better than most pouches in the same price range. Overall, the build quality doesn’t disappoint. The modular slots provide a variety of setup possibilities, which is cool and helps with staying organized. It doesn’t come with a strap; I bought one separately but don’t use it since it just gets in the way.

I love ToughBuilt bags we use them for all of our Tech Bags . . . they never rip even with all the sharp bits and other sharp equipment we have put into them. We also are on mostly construction sites the bottom of the bags are very tough and have never punctured even with all the sharp materials. The only thing that disappointments me is that there is NO shoulder strap with this bag. I can't even find it on their website. There less expensive bags comes with the strap so this is rather disappointing. If toughbuilt reads this, let me know where I can get the strap for this bag. Overall great Bag , just what i was looking for with the divider/ pouches. Do wish they offered them separately. so i could add . found out later thru the Q&A you could request at time of purchase but at that time wasnt sure which ones i would want till I began to fill bag. if they were avail separately this would be a 5 star product for me. I think the quality is great , size is just right , i carry this bag in my car and have set up organizers not by tool type , but by job. ie one for elec work wire strippers, crimpers , nippy cutters couple screw drivers etc. works great can leave the rest in trunk or nearby while i have just the tools i need organized at hand !!

It's a great quality tool chest in a sack. You really need to purchase the shoulder strap to go with it. It is heavy when empty, but when full it's a beast. Could even be used as a weapon if you could get a good swing going with it. If you had to carry this thing all day long you would have hands, arms, legs and shoulders of steel.

Just got so can not go into long term durability. I have a few other Toughbuilt products especially their nylon bags and clip tech bags. I have been very impressed with those. The nylon (or whatever they're mad of) bags in video are new and are the 3rd and 4th set I have purchased. After the crane incident mentioned in the video I switched to exclusively Toughbuilt for my small work bags. Up to $13 for 3 little bags seems high; however, they are worth every cent. If these bags and dividers hold up as well as the others I've bought from Toughbuilt I will be happy.

This is a really great product - it is everything the seller says - sturdy - roomy - and a great tool/tool accessory organizer. If you are looking for a quality product this is for you. The only suggestion I would offer is a way to affix the dividers in place with Velcro stamps or something - the dividers are meant to be removable but this would eliminate any unwanted pullout when removing tools.

I love the idea. I love the way it works. I hate how they made the bottom curved in, it means that it dumps over on its side too easy. I’m still using it, I have to hook a bungee cord to it when it’s in the back of my work truck, I’m going to keep using it but I hope that down the road the keep the idea but fix this design flaw. Outside of that, it’s great, it has been really durable, I really like the way I can move the pouches in their slots to make different sized cubbies for different tools. Three stars because of the bottom, five if it wasn’t that way.

Using this for home theater and whole home automation install work. Zero complaints on quality. The ToughBuilt shoulder strap is almost necessary. Definitely would recommend buying that too, although I think it should just be included. I would like a way to attach the yellow zipper pouch on the outside of the bag, as this bag doesn't fit drills very well. Also, there is no slot for a wall saw. Most of these bags have one. This should too. Good tool bag, would recommend.
