Great soap, very traditional smell and colour takes me back to my school days, effective hand cleansing, useful for people with skin conditions too, the bar seems to last a long time leaves the skin a little dry but that’s to be expected 2 packs of 6 bars 12 bars of soap in total

Has that distinctive aroma of years gone bye, Like old school days and at home back in the day. It's a very pleasant scent lots of people will remember, As a bath soap cleans your skin really well and is very gentle. This is the best one I've tried it's so authentic.

Just good honest soap, not the greatest scent but it's ok.

I suspect the formula has changed from back in the days of my grandparent (probably for the better). I love the smell of the soap but not too strong. I use it in the shower and feel nice and refreshed afterwards. I avoid shower gels to cut down on plastic waste (we recycle as much as possible). I also use old school razor blades with a brush and shaving soap from a bowl to shave. I get a hundred blades for around £10 that last me at least a year.

Really good soap smells great and it’s a great price would recommend

Nice lather. Creamy. The scent just isn’t as strong as I thought it would be or would have liked. The blue power carbolic soap is better. It’s intoxicating. You get that medicinal antiseptic smell through the packaging and it fills up a room. But it’s no longer sold on Amazon.
